Position Summary Installation Support Agent – Installation Logistics – Scheduling division. The successful candidate will ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained, resolve customer queries, and support the high‑pressure scheduling environment. Responsibilities Maintain and exceed customer service standards in a highly pressurized environment. Provide service within the region and coordinate with other departments and regions. Schedule fitments of Tracker units and liaise with technicians regarding appointments. Reschedule appointments, manage cancellations, and maintain high quality schedules. Monitor effective utilization of Tracker technicians and outsource work to fitment centres. Capture and report data daily, including lead follow‑ups, scheduling fitments, and statistical reporting. Maintain local and regional scheduling relationships and ensure SLA compliance. Qualifications Matric with at least 1 year of contact centre experience. Proficiency in English; Afrikaans advantage. Excellent typing, data capturing, communication, and telephone manner. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Self‑discipline, independent work, and excellent time management with voice‑recording capability.
