Our mission is to help merchants focus on selling and scaling. Role Overview We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead PlusBase’s expansion in the South African market. This role is best suited for someone with hands‑on e‑commerce experience in dropshipping or Print‑On‑Demand who is ready to leverage their expertise to grow a community of sellers. Community building and personal branding are not prerequisites; we provide the growth team support to build visibility, influence, and a trusted seller network. Key Responsibilities Seller Acquisition: Use your experience as a seller to identify, engage, and onboard new merchants. Seller Development: Mentor and guide new sellers on how to succeed with ShopBase / PlusBase. Market Expansion: Drive adoption in your region by leveraging your e‑commerce know‑how. Partnerships: Collaborate with affiliates, influencers, and partners to expand reach. Visibility Growth (with our support): Co‑create content, join livestreams, and strengthen your community presence with dedicated resources from our team. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in e‑commerce, specifically dropshipping or print‑on‑demand. Direct experience running or scaling online stores. Strong understanding of seller pain points and how to solve them. Ability to connect with and earn trust from other sellers. Entrepreneurial, self‑driven, and excited about scaling new markets.
