Duties & Responsibilities Communicate with management regarding the status of tasks and Month End processes. Follow procedures and complete all checklists timeously. Generate and retrieve month-end reports from client’s dispensing systems. Set up new users' workstations and access. Fill the gap if managers are off sick or on leave. Liaise with service providers and manage all IT issues with them until finalized. Manage company hardware requirements and maintain the asset register. Procure hardware from suppliers when required. Manage the phone system and log calls when there are issues. Maintain IT process documentation. Create and maintain user accounts on Office 365, Power Apps, and Azure. Take responsibility for backups and take them offsite. Create new users on the system and network. Monitor business WhatsApp line (for when we go live with it). Administer company WhatsApp groups, e-mail groups, and shared mailboxes. Prepare monthly and annual budgets for hardware, software, and other equipment. Backup to IT Admin to: Create and transfer script files on pharmacies dispensing system via VPN/FTP or TV. Investigate ways to automate this process. Request script files from vendors when needed. Load script files into the system via claims loader. Load payment files onto the client’s system via FTP. Reconcile reports to client reports. Desired Experience & Qualification Knowledge and skills: Must be computer literate with Intermediate Excel Skills. Must have good interpersonal skills and good telephone etiquette as will need to speak to clients on the phone. Must be self-motivated to complete all tasks. Must also be able to work as part of a team. Needs to be able to follow specific instructions and processes but also be able to troubleshoot when issues arise. Needs to be flexible in terms of working overtime to complete tasks, especially around month-end and when the job requires. Must have a can-do attitude and good work ethic. Must be someone who takes initiative. Must know where to research solutions to problems facing the business from an IT perspective. Must be mature and responsible in attitude towards work. Must be a good communicator in terms of providing relevant, salient, and timely feedback to management. Must be a leader in the making. Must be honest and diligent. Must have a desire to learn and grow into the role, as well as grow and improve as a person. Must be good at admin and organized. Must be able to manage time and priorities. Must be able to be innovative. Skills that are not prerequisites but would be advantageous: SQL knowledge and ability to write queries. Any knowledge of programming languages, such as VB/C# and Linux will be advantageous. Knowledge of Office 365, MS Azure, and managing users and licenses. Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint. Knowledge of MS Teams and built-in functionality. System admin, networking, and desktop support. How to build a PC or laptop.
