What You’ll Do Oversee all financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis. Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Lead accounting operations and implement effective policies, governance, and control structures. Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Manage commercial negotiations and financial relationships to optimise profitability. Drive revenue growth through insight-led financial strategies. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks. Collaborate with operational, sales, and technology teams to ensure financial alignment and accountability. What You Bring CA(SA) or equivalent qualification. 8–10 years’ experience in senior finance or accounting leadership roles. Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and governance capability. Commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive level. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
