Purpose & Impact On Organization Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of the global visual merchandising direction in the assigned store. Key Responsibilities Cascade information provided by the Market VM manager to the Store Manager and store staff through training and meetings. Participate in team meetings and huddles to understand needs, stock delivery, and sales & retail KPI analysis to drive sales through VM. Give feedback to the RBO on store needs after discussing with the Store Manager. Ensure the store complies with global standards and guidelines to provide a pleasant shopping experience. Ensure windows and displays meet high standards: mannequins, lighting, cleanliness, price communication, and other presentation requirements. Create clear Shop–In-Shop displays to emphasize category presentation. Use and position in‑store communication tools correctly. Dress mannequins and place props correctly. Apply and maintain retail standards. Conduct daily audits using the adidas VM compliance checklist. Submit monthly VM compliance data, uploading required pictures. Update the Space Management Tool floor plan and fixture allocation weekly, analyze results, and draft action plans with the Store Manager. Perform night‑shift campaign changes. Lead the in‑store VM team by example, organizing work time and tasks. Train co‑workers on global visual merchandising standards, folding techniques, hanger types, size order and curve, steaming, merchandise presentation, size cubes, and size stickers. Train on “getting to know your stores” and wall configuration (Train the Trainer). Enhance consumer journey VM reporting: keep up to date on competitor analysis and fashion trends, and communicate this information to the Market VM Manager. Identify and communicate store needs for fixtures/ISC to the Market VM Manager. Complete other duties as requested by the Store Manager or Market VM Manager. Return and store unused equipment correctly; manage fixtures with care to avoid damage. Use seasonal brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions. Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address customer needs. Minimize loss in the stockroom and on the sales floor. Perform all store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently. Collaborate respectfully and productively with team members. Complete applicable training programs and apply the learning on the job. Seek coaching and learning opportunities for continual improvement. Key Relationships Consumers Peers / Supervisor Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience Interest in fashion & sports desirable. English skills beneficial. Organized and detail‑oriented. Ability to follow directives. Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated. Team player. Effective problem‑solving abilities. Good eye for style, coordination, and attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications High school education. Fluent in the local language – verbal and written. ARP level.
