Position Overview Vacancies have arisen for Enrolled Nursing Auxiliaries at Life Nkanyisa Algoa Psych, Mission Road, Bethelsdorp, PE. Reporting to the Unit Manager . The successful candidates will contribute towards the effective functioning of the unit and ensure quality nursing care to all patients. Critical Outputs Patient Care: Assist in reporting patient complaints following LHC process, do and analyze vital data and report any abnormalities to the Registered Nurse Observing reactions to medication, special diets and treatment plans. Implementing health, safety and infection control standards. Contribute towards accurate record keeping by recording and reporting any changes in patients’ physical condition and referral to medical practitioners. Health Education: Participate in health education or learning programmes for the patients, families, communication and staff. In-service training: Participate, attend in-service training and engage in CPD training. Material and Human Resource: Manage ward stock, accurate inventory and determine material needs Administration: Maintain accurate patient information documentation by adhering to the nursing process, keeping records of referrals and incident reporting.
