Overview The Sun Biologics Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts that specialize in psoriasis. The Territory Manager will develop and apply territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives, coordinating with field-based teams (Customer engagement, Reimbursement, Managed Markets, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated geography. Responsibilities Promote Suns biologic product(s) and optimize business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts focused on psoriasis. Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals. Coordinate with field-based teams to drive product acceptance within the territory. Qualifications Required Bachelor Degree required Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience Very strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen Strong ability to collaborate, innovate and deliver results Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience in Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Multiple Sclerosis) IV or Sub Q Biologic selling experience (including Oncology) Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment Dermatology selling experience Biologic launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment Personal Skills/Attributes Positive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic startup environment while maintaining focus on business goals. Must be dependable, build trust with the matrix team, be transparent, ethical, and compliant, and be able to present detailed scientific subject matter clearly. General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager Understand and utilize sales reports, CRM, and forecasts Timely call reporting tasks Manage sales budgets within the territory Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Supervision / Interactions SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to Regional Sales Manager INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS: Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company; tact, diplomacy, and professionalism are essential.
