At Klipboard we've introduced a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work. We're a market leader in Retail software environments, supporting single—or multi‑branch operations for a broad range of industries—Automotive, Distribution, Wholesale, Merchant, and beyond. Our mission is to help our customers overcome their biggest constraints by delivering solutions that streamline processes and keep them ahead of the curve. We are big believers in continuous delivery, secure by design, automated testing and strive to remove bottlenecks so the entire team can flourish together. Klipboard is now a Kerridge Commercial Systems company and a leading specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in wholesale and retail distribution, logistics and service sectors. Having joined the KCS group, Klipboard is a SaaS‑based, next‑generation field service management platform that transforms how organisations manage their mobile workforce. We help our customers to operate smarter and more efficiently for the delivery of service jobs in the field. We’re looking for an ambitious Developer to join our technical team and help execute on our growth strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join a growth‑stage technology company, working with a close‑knit team to uncover new opportunities and position yourself for rapid career progression as we plan to scale the team over the next twelve months. We are currently growing at a rapid pace with customers using Klipboard globally. We are looking for an all‑rounder in development. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything, but a fundamental understanding of how things work is important. This role will be responsible for working within a small team to further develop our SaaS platform which is focused on enterprise mobility. Position Overview As a Software Developer, you will work on a variety of our solutions including VAST, AutoWork, ERPOne products, designing, developing, and maintaining robust ERP solutions. You’ll be part of a cross‑functional squad, collaborating closely in a Scrum environment to deliver features that drive real value for our customers. Development Culture Fast‑moving and collaborative engineering group Autonomy to experiment, prototype, and iterate Emphasis on modern design principles and user experience Hybrid and flexible working environment Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain ERP One modules and related solutions. Collaborate within a Scrum squad to deliver high‑quality, scalable ERP features. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code. Work closely with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and technical practices. Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience developing with C#, Blazor and other similar languages A good understanding of ERP systems and business processes Strong SQL or Oracle backend experience Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Solid problem‑solving and communication skills Experience using Jira for task management Desirable Background in wholesale, distribution, or automotive sectors Familiarity with cloud‑based ERP solutions Willing to assist with building DEFTESTS to automate testing An understanding of Git and Linux Why This Role Matters As a Software Developer on AutoWork One, you’ll play a key role in building the solutions that keep our customers’ businesses running smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact the success of companies across multiple industries. Equal Opportunities As a global company, we value and respect the diversity of our workforce, aiming to empower everyone to embrace each other’s differences. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to our company and culture. We recognize the benefits of a diverse workforce, where creativity and valuing differences enable us all to thrive and sparks innovation. Research shows that women and other underrepresented groups are less likely to apply for a role unless they meet every listed requirement. However, we recognise that skills and experience come in many forms, and we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every criterion. If you are passionate about this role and believe you have the right mindset and transferrable skills, we would love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
