Team Leader – UK BPO | Paarl As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Advisors, driving exceptional operational performance while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, with a particular focus on treating customers fairly. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Location Paarl, Western Cape Responsibilities Coach and develop the team into a high‑performance culture. Manage staffing, productivity, and quality, ensuring continuous communication, feedback, and motivation. Guide team members within the Always Improving Performance Framework to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs. Oversee attendance, follow‑up, coaching, and close gaps relating to KPI’s. Resolve people‑related problems such as conflict of interest, absenteeism, and disciplinary matters. Drive achievement of targets and meet SLA’s. Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance. Qualifications & Experience 1 to 2 years’ current experience in a Team Manager or equivalent position. 1 to 2 years of Utilities (Gas & Electricity) experience. Good knowledge of dialler systems and Microsoft Office products. Strong reporting, coaching, auditing, and analytical skills. Knowledge of KPIs, IR/HR processes, and compliance. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. Resilience, adaptability, and leadership in fast‑paced environments.
