Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Technician to join our technical team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed an IT qualification or has some hands‑on experience and is looking to grow their skills in networking, systems support, and CCTV technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide first‑line technical support for internal users, customers and monitoring systems Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV hardware, software, and networks Support installation and maintenance of servers, PCs, and networking equipment Monitor system performance and escalation issues where required Be available for overtime and standby work when required Requirements IT qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) or working towards one Basic knowledge of networking (IP addresses, switches, routers, firewalls) Familiarity with Windows operating systems Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Interest in CCTV / security systems (training will be provided) Valid driver’s licence (essential) Willingness to learn and grow in a technical role Team player with good communication skills What We Offer Hands‑on training in CCTV monitoring and IT systems Opportunity to develop into senior technical roles Supportive team environment with experienced mentors Competitive entry‑level salary based on experience How to Apply Interested candidates should send their CV to with the subject line IT Technician Application.
