Job Description Looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and make an impact with a high-performing global team? The Senior Recruiter role at Miratech could be your next big move. We're seeking someone experienced in sourcing and engaging administrative talent globally, with a passion for creating exceptional recruiting experiences. You’ll assist internal stakeholders in attracting top talent through creative sourcing, deep research, and market insights. If you're well-connected, curious, and passionate about non-tech recruiting, this role is ideal. You’ll lead recruitment efforts for administrative and executive roles, managing the entire hiring process—from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating offers. Building strong networks inside and outside the company is essential. Leveraging market insights, you’ll craft search strategies to find and engage top administrative talent, helping us meet client needs. Join us at Miratech and be part of something exciting Responsibilities: Close administrative roles of various levels of complexity, including C-level positions (as a plus). Build long-term candidate relationships. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from discussing requirements with hiring managers to extending job offers. Negotiate with candidates and support them throughout the process. Provide personalized feedback to candidates. Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS, ensuring accuracy and quality. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting on a global scale. Experience with various candidate assessment methods for administrative and/or C-level positions. Understanding of administrative hiring and executive search specifics. Strong communication and consulting skills with senior management. Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills. Persistent until the best candidate is found; interested in recruiting analytics and working with data. English level: upper-intermediate or higher.
