F&I (Finance And Insurance)

Introduction To manage and drive dealership finance and insurance solutions, enabling customers to secure vehicle finance and value-added products while maximising dealership profitability. The role requires energy, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn the finer skills of F&I. Duties & Responsibilities Handle volume deals efficiently, ensuring accurate structuring to achieve favourable finance approvals. Explain finance, insurance, warranties, and value-added products to customers in a professional and persuasive manner. Close deals by guiding customers through the finance and insurance process. Process applications with banks, insurers, and financial institutions, ensuring timely approvals and correct documentation. Maintain compliance with FAIS, FICA, NCA, and internal dealership policies. Mentor junior F&I staff and provide support to the sales team as needed. Monitor and report on F&I performance metrics, including finance penetration, insurance penetration, and profit per deal. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. Relevant tertiary certification. At least 3 years' experience in a dealership F&I role and willingness to learn and grow is essential. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, driven, and motivated to achieve results. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deals simultaneously. Preferred / Advantageous Matric (Grade 12). Relevant tertiary certification. At least 3 years' experience in a dealership F&I role and willingness to learn and grow is essential. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, driven, and motivated to achieve results. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
