Junior Graphic & Digital Designer Wanted – Bring Your Creative A-Game Are you a detail-oriented design enthusiast with a passion for both graphic and web design? We’re on the hunt for a junior designer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and bring fresh ideas to life If you’re someone who’s eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and stays on top of the latest trends, we want to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing: Designing eye-catching assets for both digital and print, including logos, adverts, brochures, web banners, social media posts (static & animated), emailers, deep etching in Photoshop, signage, vehicle branding, and mockups. Keeping everything on-brand and ensuring compliance with corporate identity guidelines. Conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns. Bringing your A-game to digital design with a strong understanding of graphical assets for the web. Ensuring artwork is print-ready, understanding the nuances of print production. What You Need: A degree, diploma in graphic design. At least 2 years of experience in both print and web design. Familiarity with After Effects, animating vector, working with timelines. Familiarity with CMS, WordPress, HTML, WooCommerce, and Mailchimp (don’t worry, we won’t quiz you on all of them). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Mac-based). A solid understanding of print production processes. Experience creating print-ready artwork, die-traces, and special finishes. Nice-to-Haves (but not essential): Good understanding of After Effects. A knack for copywriting and proofreading. Advanced experience with WordPress. The ability to create HTML mailers. Who You Are: Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for design. A typography and layout aficionado. Able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat. Creative, innovative, and always thinking outside the box. A proactive team player who’s ready to brainstorm, collaborate, and contribute. Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable style. Driven, self-motivated, and always taking ownership of your projects. Open to fresh ideas and flexible enough to adapt to new challenges.
