Client Service Manager Location: Tokai, Westlake Business Park, Tokai Education level: Matric Job level: Mid Type: Permanent Company: Offernet Posted on 24 Nov 16:00, Closing date 31 Dec Job Description Offernet is looking to hire a dynamic, ambitious and results‑orientated Client Service Manager on a full‑time basis who will be based in our Cape Town Office in the prestigious Steenberg Office Park, Tokai. As the primary link between Offernet and our clients, you will ensure clarity, consistency and accountability from onboarding to delivery. You’ll work closely with advisory, media, creative and data teams to ensure that our clients receive measurable value and a world‑class experience. What You’ll Do Serve as the single point of contact for key clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate campaigns and workflows across internal teams Manage RFIs, briefs and project setup in Zoho CRM Oversee client onboarding, documentation and access permissions Ensure accurate, timely, first‑time‑right delivery of all outputs Schedule, facilitate and lead client check‑ins, status calls and performance reviews Write and share detailed contact reports following all client meetings Maintain tone consistency in all communications, aligning with Offernet’s Brand Language Guide Proactively elevate potential issues to the CRO or Advisory Lead early Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports Run client health tracking and identify upsell opportunities Support external sales partners to maintain Offernet‑level service standards Requirements You’ll excel in this role if you are: A proactive communicator who stays ahead of client needs Exceptionally organised and process‑driven Comfortable handing multiple accounts and deadlines Skilled at translating client requirements into actionable briefs Digitally savvy with analytics and campaign workflow tools Empathetic, solutions‑focused and commercially minded Qualities That Are Important To Us Are Honesty, clear communication Proactive, solution‑focused mindset Professionally accountable Follow strict processes and procedures at all times Punctuality Continuously self‑developing Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently Be able to work in a team, but be a self‑starter Company Description Headquartered in London (UK), Offernet is a digital intelligence firm that specialises in the development, management and utilisation of big data technology to drive measurable growth and revenue by using machine learning, complex automation and big data to enable high‑velocity data‑driven sales optimisation and marketing solutions.
