We are seeking a driven and dynamic person to join our sales team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for B2B and outbound sales, and a knack for building strong, lasting business relationships. The role involves outbound sales activities, including cold calling, proactive lead generation, and managing key account relationships within a B2B environment. You will engage with clients across diverse industries throughout Africa and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, thrive in fast-paced sales settings, and be comfortable driving growth through strategic B2B engagement, outbound prospecting, and high-level sales processes. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales: Conduct proactive outbound sales activities, including cold calling, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to potential clients. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and other sales techniques. Client Outreach: Engage potential clients, presenting our services and solutions in a compelling and professional manner. Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Process: Navigate the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development and contract negotiations. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to management and suggesting improvements to the sales strategy. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align on strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Qualifications Education: A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Skills: Ability to engage with clients at all levels, including senior executives. Skills: Proficient in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation. Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Experience Prior experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with the industries in which we operate is a plus.
