Security advice to clientsâ¯â¯ Threat and Risk assessments/ Reporting.â¯â¯â¯â¯ Client liaison and professional client relationship.â¯â¯â¯â¯ Manpower managementâ¯and rostering.â¯â¯ Equipment management.â¯â¯ Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints.â¯â¯â¯â¯ Ensure that contractual requirements are always met.â¯â¯ Incident and investigations Management.â¯â¯ Ensure compliance to the Companys disciplinary code.â¯â¯ Investigate and compile evidence for disciplinary hearings. Ensure all company SOPS are followed;â¯â¯ Health and Safety Management.â¯â¯ Ensuring Security Officers queries and concerns are addressed and resolved in real time. Ensure all BPC policies and procedures are always followed.â¯â¯ After hours visits with specific attention to SLA compliance. Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.â¯â¯ Ensure training take place where required.â¯â¯ Assisting with shift changes as a standby manager.â¯â¯ Must be able to take calls to assist with matter of urgency even on rest days. Good Security practice and sound knowledge of product offering and systems. â¯â¯ â¯Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:⯠â¯â¯ PSIRA certification Grade A.â¯â¯â¯â¯ Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.â¯â¯â¯â¯ Firearm competency and a valid regulation 21 for business purpose. Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position.â¯â¯ Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management and risk assessment. Must have confidence in dealing with the public and clients. Bilingual (English and any other South African Language).â¯â¯ The ability to work under pressure.â¯â¯â¯ First aid and fire-fighting training will be advantageous.â¯â¯ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.â¯â¯ Computer literate and knowledge of MS office and Emails.â¯â¯ Must be willing to undergo polygraph test.â¯â¯ Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record.â¯â¯ Own reliable transport and drivers licenseâ¯code 08.â¯â¯ Be willing to work after hours NKP Training and certification will be an advantage Excellent Incident report writing skills. â¯â¯
