We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Fundraiser to join our Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact through corporate partnerships and donor engagement. Responsibilities Research and identify potential donors, funders, and corporate partners. Develop compelling fundraising messages and proposals that appeal to businesses and donors. Promote and sell our Learnership Programme to corporates and organisations as part of their BBBEE, Skills Development, and CSI initiatives. Assist with initiating and executing marketing initiatives to raise awareness and attract potential partners and donors. Build and maintain lasting relationships with HR managers, corporate leaders, and decision-makers. Use online platforms and social media to raise awareness and secure donations. Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and events. Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with legal reporting requirements. Evaluate fundraising performance and develop strategies for growth. Stay up to date with funding trends, learnership regulations, and inclusion initiatives. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or corporate partnerships, preferably within Learnership funding, bursary funding, or CSI funding. Established network of corporate and donor contacts is highly advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident in delivering presentations and pitches to decision-makers. Strong organisational and relationship management skills. Self‑motivated and target-driven, with a professional and proactive approach. Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (travel costs covered).
