What You'll Do Proactively generate, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers. Deliver a premium customer journey from the first conversation to post‑sale follow‑up. Pre‑qualify all prospects and close deals efficiently in collaboration with our F&I team. Manage all required documentation and ensure vehicles are delivery‑ready with all accessories fitted. Maintain strong product knowledge to position vehicles effectively and upsell where appropriate. Consistently achieve and exceed volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and manufacturer. Stay in touch with buyers post‑sale to secure repeat business and referrals. What We're Looking For Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Formal qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous) Minimum 3 years new or used vehicle sales experience (preferably with a strong network in the Fourways / Johannesburg market) Valid Driver's Licence (Code 8) Clear criminal and credit record Proven track record with 6 months' recent commission statements Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building relationships Highly target‑driven with the resilience to thrive in a competitive market Tech‑savvy and computer literate Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude Why Join MG Fourways?
