About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Operations & Systems Controller to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong systems mindset, a passion for process improvement, and a solid understanding of internal controls and risk management. You’ll play a key role in optimizing finance operations across multiple legal entities through technology, automation, and robust governance. Key Responsibilities Finance Systems & ERP Management Act as finance lead for ERP and financial systems (e.g., COUPA, MS Dynamics BC, Floqast, IBM Analytics, Anaplan). Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to support business needs. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all finance platforms. Automation & Process Improvement Identify automation opportunities within finance processes (e.g., RPA, workflow tools). Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline end-to-end finance operations. Internal Controls & Risk Management Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations (e.g., IFRS). Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Maintain documentation and support control testing and remediation efforts. Audit & Compliance Coordination Act as primary liaison for internal and external audits. Coordinate audit schedules, documentation requests, and responses. Track and report on audit findings and ensure timely resolution. What You’ll Need Qualifications & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA(SA) or equivalent preferred. Experience 5+ years in finance operations, systems, or audit. Strong experience working in an IT-driven finance environment. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools. High technological literacy and ability to leverage automation tools. Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity in using technology to improve processes. Why Join Us?
