What we are looking for:  Head of Platform Operations What you will do:  Develop and implement the Platform Operations strategy Oversee hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) Lead end-to-end application operations and performance management Drive automation, observability and AIOps practices Ensure governance, compliance and risk management Partner with key clients to deliver measurable outcomes Lead, mentor and grow high-performing operations teams What you must have: 12+ years in IT operations, including 5+ in senior leadership Expertise in infrastructure, cloud and PaaS technologies. Strong experience in ITSM, AIOps and service delivery Knowledge of compliance frameworks (POPIA, ISO 27001) Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder skills
