Role Description We are looking for a dynamic Immigration & Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑centric environment. Responsibilities Engage warm immigration leads from our website (no cold calling from scratch) Run high‑quality discovery calls, assess eligibility, and guide clients through their migration options Source, screen, and qualify global candidates for overseas job placements Build strong relationships with international employers, from HR teams to CEOs Conduct interviews, prepare candidates for roles abroad, and ensure alignment between client needs and candidate skills Educate clients on visa pathways, timelines, and requirements Hit achievable sales targets and manage your pipeline with precision Become a trusted advisor who blends consultation, strategy, and genuine human connection Work closely with our team to expand into new sectors, new countries, and exciting new projects Qualifications We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and drive: Experience in Sales , Recruitment , or a client‑facing consulting environment Strong interviewing skills and the ability to connect with people quicklyt/li> Excellent communication. We are looking for diamonds OR diamonds in the rough. Bulding your pipeline will take time but on‑target‑earnings when you are established can easily equate to a minimum of R20,000 in commission right up to R100k in commission depending on what you make of this.
