Overview Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a skilled Process Manager to join our mining team in the Northern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the process operations within the mining site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mining processes, as well as experience in managing a team and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Job Details Job Title: Process Manager – Mining Location: Northern Cape Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the processing plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Monitor production output and quality to ensure targets are met. Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify and resolve operational issues. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and processes are being followed correctly. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field. Proven experience in process management within a mining environment. Strong understanding of mineral processing operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
