UXUI Product Designer

Anticipated Contract End Date / Length : November 15th 2025 - July 30th 2026 Work Set Up: On-site Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a UX / UI Product Designer to lead multidisciplinary initiatives aligning user needs, business goals and technological possibilities. The role extends beyond UX and UI execution encompassing product strategy, scalable design practices and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding design teams, strengthening client relationships and positioning design as a strategic driver of measurable business outcomes. This role requires foresight to create sustainable tangible solutions that can be tested, validated and embedded seamlessly into users' daily lives, delivering both immediate impact and long-term value. What you will do Lead design workstreams and ensurehigh-quality delivery across UX UI and interaction design. Oversee multidisciplinary design teams managing delivery across multiple projects and platforms. Drive large-scale multi-market design programs integrating strategy design and technology. Translated insights into user stories flows and tangible design deliverables. Influenceproduct roadmaps definescalable design practices and embedhuman-centered design principles. Presentdesign decisions clearly using storytelling techniques to influence and align stakeholders. Developand evolvedesign systems ensuring accessibility consistency and scalability. Championdesign innovation at scale driving the adoption of AI and identifying opportunities for growth. Mentorand coachdesigners promoting both craft excellence and strategic thinking. Partnerwith cross-functional teams to align design with business goals prioritize features and ensure accurate implementation. Planand conductusability testing analyzedata and refinedesigns based on results. Supportbusiness development by contributing to proposals and pitch materials. Advocatefor inclusive user-centered design practices and continuous improvement within the design process. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX UI and product design within consultancy or digital product environments. Tertiary qualification in Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field. Proven leadership in managing teams scaling systematic design practices and embedding efficient workflows. Strong proficiency in Figma prototyping tools and the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with AI-assisted design technologies and agile product delivery frameworks. Strong understanding of branding marketing social media business analysis and development. Portfolio demonstrating both craft-level design and systems-level thinking. Excellent facilitation storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and maintain high organizational standards. Empathetic proactive and collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
