As a Solutions Architect, you'll be the technical backbone of our projects, translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure architectural solutions. You'll be the key liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within scope while adhering to best practices. Overview As a Solutions Architect, you will translate complex business needs into architectural designs and guide technical teams through delivery while ensuring security, compliance, and governance standards. Responsibilities Design and Architect Solutions: Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and architectural blueprints. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the solution design and architectural principles. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating technical concepts clearly. Governance and Compliance: Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards. Project Delivery: Collaborate with Project Managers and business analysts to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and challenges, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a total of 6+ years in the industry. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably within the digital or technology sector. Extensive experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native). Solid understanding of cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of API design and integration. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of guiding technical teams. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable. Technical Skills Architectural Design: Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Databases: SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). API Management: API Gateway, RESTful API Design, GraphQL. Security: Identity and Access Management (IAM), OAuth 2.0, API Security. Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
