SAP Real Estate Lead Consultant at Blue Pearl HQ Job Description We are seeking a seasoned SAP Real Estate Lead Consultant to manage and optimize SAP RE‑FX solutions within a banking environment. The role involves overseeing property and lease management processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16, and integrating real‑estate data with financial systems. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP RE‑FX expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience in regulated industries. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP RE‑FX for property and lease management. Collaborate with finance, legal, and facilities teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP solutions. Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting standards and internal audit controls. Integrate SAP RE‑FX with SAP FI, CO, and other relevant modules. Manage real‑estate master data, contract management, valuation, and posting processes. Provide leadership and guidance to SAP RE‑FX consultants and support teams. Oversee testing, training, and change‑management activities. Support post‑go‑live operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Information Systems, or related field. 6+ years of SAP experience with a focus on RE‑FX. Proven experience in SAP RE‑FX implementations in banking or corporate real‑estate environments. Strong understanding of lease accounting, property management, and financial integration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage project deliverables. Requirements SAP RE‑FX or S/4HANA Certification. Experience with IFRS 16 compliance and reporting. Familiarity with South African property regulations and banking lease governance. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. Experience & Skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage project timelines. Strong knowledge of financial processes, regulatory reporting, and banking integrations.
