RPA Developer

Description Key Responsibilities : Process Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop test and deploy RPA bots in accordance with SARSs governance and security standards. Maintain and monitor bots to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues. Document automation solutions and provide training / support to end-users and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with SARSs data privacy cybersecurity and internal control policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the RPA Centre of Excellence. Apply and utilise systems in a manner that ensures efficient and effective service delivery optimised quality financial accuracy and calculation. Ensure that business requirements are clearly identified prioritised and satisfied by appropriate technical and or business process solutions. Provide process solution support to institutionalise process initiatives. Draw on own technical or professional expertise knowledge and experience to identify and recommend tactical solutions to defined problems in practices. Recommend changes to optimise processes systems practice areas and associated procedures and execute the implementation of change and innovation. Governance Ensure that completed work adhere to relevant policies procedures governance and legislative requirements and report on deviations and discrepancies Closing date : 10th of October 2025 Successful candidate must be based in Gauteng region. Requirements Qualifications and Experience Relevant Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field. 4 - 6 years experience in software development of which 3 years at a specialist level and at least 2 years in RPA development. Microsoft Certified : Power Automate RPA Developer Associate. Scripting languages : VBScript JavaScript. .NET Framework. Microsoft Dataverse. Power Platform : Power Apps AI Builder Power Virtual Agents. Ability to design scalable automation solutions. Familiarity with AI / ML integration. Understanding of business analysis and process.
