Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in human resources management, Industrial Psychology, or related field (essential) Postgraduate qualification in HR / Business Management (advantageous) 810 years progressive HR experience, with at least 35 years in a senior operational or HR business partnering role Experience in managing HR teams and partnering with senior leadership Proven track record in a complex or multi-site environment Knowledge of the motor industry and MIBCO advantageous Skills and Competencies In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR compliance requirements Strategic HR planning and business partnering Employee relations and industrial relations expertise HR systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle, VIP) and data analytics capability Talent management and organisational development Strong business acumen and analytical thinking Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Results-driven with a focus on execution and accountability Leadership and team development capabilities Change leadership and problem-solving ability Key Performance Areas Alignment of HR strategy with business objectives Quality, consistency, and compliance of HR operations Effective workforce planning and talent management Employee relations stability and legal compliance Quality of HR reporting and insights provided to management Implementation of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
