Key Accountabilities/Outcomes There is adequate material for training. Keep records of training attendance Manage associates working in the facility and ensure that they are competent regarding product knowledge, training methods and sample standards. Manage and rotate stock level. Complete full stocktake monthly. Ensure that the equipment in the facility is in working order and request for services when required. Ensure that the correct equipment is purchased and used for the correct task. Ensure that hygiene is up to standard, and that the facility is clean and organized. Ensure that the correct ingredients are being used and are in stock. Manage the stock in the freezer and storeroom. Check and monitor the packaging range of all boxes, skillets, and packaging material. Check and monitor the packaging stock availability in stores on a weekly basis. Complete requisitions when necessary. Assist with any cake programs, or any other programs. Work together with Sales and Marketing to assist with the digital strategic plan by making videos. Product samples Bake and prepare product samples according to the specifications requested on the sample request form. Ensure all samples are baked and ready for the requested date and time. Report on any requests that need to be prepared before 6am or after 3pm to the RichTech® Manager. Manage the stock in the RichTech® and Dispatch freezers. Pack frozen samples according to the product sample request form. Ensure all admin is kept up to date and all procedures in place are followed. Manage the sample packer’s daily activities. Prepare and set up customer presentations in the presentation room. Prepare and set up trade shows, road shows, and product launches according to the specifications required by Sales, Marketing or the RichTech® Manager. Demonstrate all products in the range in a professional manner. Training internal/external Assist the RichTech® Manager with customer or internal training. Assist with assessments. Attend training on current or existing cake programs to be aware of what is available and the current method of production. Assist with the execution of value-added programs, video shoots and handling sheets and costings.
