SuperFund Professional Services Agent (Fixed-Term Contract) 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description The Superfund Professional Services Agent role will be responsible for PPS Mutual Superfund Administration functions as well as supporting the Operations Team with the managing of specific cases that might impact service delivery. This role works strictly on Australia hours. Requirements Relevant Bachelor's degree (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience in Operations Working experience in Data Analytics MS Office proficiency Knowledge of Insurance or Financial Services industry PPS Mutual Product knowledge relating to claims administration Excellent understanding of data and Excel sheets Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing for claims administration Teamwork Process Optimisation Improvement Orientation Duties and Responsibilities Perform quality assurance on daily files submitted Manage emails from Superfund mailbox Complete exception report and keep report up to date - send emails to the adviser office regarding rollovers with error messages Start workflows for all members, Adviser and staff queries relating to the Superfund Attend PPS Mutual meetings as scheduled to discuss any issues between the two parties Assist Finance with credit control report Update SuperFund details and send for collection Work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to all customers by attending to the SuperFund Rollovers Continuously improve processes to deliver a better service and improve quality, this includes processes on manual interventions Verify that the Jira tickets, and SuperFund mailbox is attended to Start the correct SuperFund and OneVue workflows, with the documentation attached Seniority: Entry level Employment type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
