Permanent position in the Supply Chain function, reporting to the Customer Service Excellence Manager. Qualifications National Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Fleet and/or Warehouse Management. Computer literacy (MS Office). Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a similar environment. Experience with Syspro system. Experience in inbound & outbound and stock handling processes. Duties & Responsibilities Outbound Control Control outbound functions ensuring correct products are dispatched promptly. Ensure orders leave the warehouse correctly packed and damage free. Coordinate 48‑hour lead time load plan execution with Unitrans, adhering to priority list and slot times. Handle 48‑hour stock deployment requests for SCTs; request or escalation when no load plan available. Load age and batches correctly following FIFO policy. Complete dispatch inspections and issue COAs to drivers where necessary. Ensure stock is cleaned before loading and no broken pallets or damages are loaded. Inbound Control Receive products in good condition and capture stock on the system. Ensure SCTs are received on the system as they occur and that good FG returns are scanned back to the system. Scan QC related stock back to 2000 immediately and isolate. Keep no more than 2 batches loaded in a customer load unless agreed. Load SCTs with one batch and fill up with next available batch. Stock Control Prepare dispatch area for stock take; store stock correctly. Manage and allocate resources for weekend stock counts. Release counts only after commercial team approval and maintain accurate filing. Complete HITW scanning, hitw shift‑end reporting. Avoid mix bins; maintain bin cards. Ensure barcodes remain on pallets. Conduct cycle counts per WC instructions; manage rework operations. Partial Pallets Create new handling units for partial pallets. Decide usage and movement of partial pallets. Train staff on combining rules. Manage area to reduce space usage. Create SAP transactions to write off near‑expiry stock and facilitate movement to mix‑back area. Staging Area and Office Maintenance Management Maintain cleanliness of staging area and office, handling damaged goods per SOP, and report issues. Ensure forklifts are in good condition, batteries charged, and issues are reported to the Warehouse Controller. Compliance and Health & Safety Ensure drivers have valid licenses and PDPs. Enforce PPE and uniform use. Maintain health and safety compliance for all staff. Investigate and report injuries on duty (IODs). Implement safe working procedures. Security Control Document all stocks leaving the premises. Instruct security to check staff entry and exit. Ensure proper documentation for leaving trucks. Maintain operational WB and report issues. Team Supervision Supervise permanent and casual staff in the dispatch area. Guarantee sufficient staff during loading hours. Shift Handover Update load plan. Review outstanding loads.
