About the Role The Soil Conservation Service (SCS) is seeking an Organisational Change and Communications Coordinator to join the QHSE and Systems team. This role will coordinate and deliver a range of communication and engagement activities with a focus on change management to support employees through a business transformation program. You will be responsible for designing and coordinating change management and communication strategies and projects that provide internal stakeholders with information and materials aligned with business objectives. What does a day look like at Soil Con? About You You will have experience in change management and managing competing priorities to deliver high‑quality work outputs within agreed timeframes. Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in developing communication strategies and campaigns to inform stakeholders and support business‑wide program delivery aligned with strategy. Demonstrated capability liaising with internal and external stakeholders to implement communications that meet project and organisational goals. Capability to prepare and edit tactical content including emails, web copy, newsletters and updates tailored to target audiences. Understanding of aligning internal communications with corporate strategies, government policies and relevant guidelines. Experience in conducting research, analysing trends and preparing briefs to support informed planning and decision‑making. Ability to provide strategic advice on change management and communication best practices, including tools, channels, accessibility, data use, branding and innovation. Capability to document, track and report on communication strategies and campaigns using data to identify trends and emerging issues.
