What You'll Do Coordinate daily logistics and operational support activities. Oversee the movement, allocation and maintenance of all plant and equipment. Maintain accurate tool stock levels. Ensure all delivery, dispatch and inventory documentation is accurately filed. Maintain order and safety in warehouse and yard operations. Assign support teams to operational sites. Collaborate with Site Managers. Generate departmental purchase orders. Liaise with procurement department to ensure timely sourcing of materials. Reporting of equipment breakdown. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Liaise with external service providers. Conduct audits on plant. What You Bring to the Table Grade 12 Knowledge of basic Logistics Principals Stock holding & Goods issuing experience 3+ years' experience within an administrative role Computer literate and proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word) Time Management, organising and planning Communication Skills in English (Verbal, Non-verbal & Written) Attention to detail Ready to light up the world of logistics with us?
