Demonstrated capacity to design, set and evaluate assessments at the appropriate level for the courses stipulated. High level of communication skills in verbal, written and electronic modes; and Proven high-level administrative abilities. Minimum Qualification Requirements Bachelor of Arts Honours / Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree in Development Studies. Alternatively : Postgraduate Diploma, MA / MPhil, PhD / DPhil qualification in Development Studies. Minimum Work Experience Requirements Ideally two years lecturing experience in Development Studies.
