As an HR Officer, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources function, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience in a fast‑paced Contact Centre environment. You will manage everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and statutory reporting. As the trusted advisor, you will guide managers and employees through HR policies, labour law compliance, and disciplinary processes while driving initiatives that boost engagement and retention.
