Reference : NFR TKa-1A growing business in the retail space is hiring a Chartered Accountant for the position of Financial Director (Revenue, Credit and Projects). You will start up a credit facility and a number of other customer-centric programmes. Forming part of the Executive management team, you will partner closely with marketing in driving revenue, whilst ensuring financial compliance and risk management to suit business needs. Responsibilities Using your knowledge around businesses and consumers, develop to implement a suited credit offering that improves customer experience Project management Sourcing the systems for the different service offerings Managing risk Modelling Statistical models Revenue Generation Ensuring strategic positioning of the brand Partnering with marketing and product teams for campaigns and strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction Identifying the infrastructure and system requirements to service different projects and credit functions Budget performance and expenditure management Job Experience Accounting and Financial Management background Detailed exposure to the accounting process Experience in credit risk and credit lifecycle management Experience in the business to consumer space Understands requirements for the implementation of credit facilities Has successfully managed a growing team Data analysis Significant ERP systems experience Experience driving customer acquisition campaigns Forecasting and Modelling Consider financial products that drive alternative revenue streams Skills Entrepreneurial Strong communicator Lead by example Detail orientation Apply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
