Platinum Talent is seeking multiple experienced Long-Term Financial Advisers on behalf of our esteemed clients in the financial services sector. This role requires a dedicated professional to deliver holistic, client-focused financial planning and advice that adheres to FAIS standards. The ideal candidate will prioritize client needs and foster strong relationships, providing financial solutions that align with both client expectations and industry regulations. Requirements Matric Long-term industry-related qualification (NQF5 Advantageous) RE5 Certification Own reliable transport Clear ITC and criminal record Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive long-term financial advice to clients meeting regulatory standards. Developing and maintaining client relationships to deliver exceptional service. Building and managing a client portfolio within the competitive financial services sector. Demonstrating proactive customer focus with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Offering high-paying commission products and variable terms. Providing office space and training support. Conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients. Offering tailored advice on financial planning, insurance, and investment products. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Continuously reviewing and adjusting clients' financial strategies as their needs evolve. Actively sourcing and generating new business opportunities. Staying current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory updates. Education Matric, RE5, or relevant degree, Class of Business (COB).
