We are looking for a talented DevOps Specialist with OSS/BSS Application expertise to play a key role in shaping the future of our network and service delivery. Responsibilities Design, customize, configure, develop, and deploy applications and systems based on OSS/BSS best practices, including understanding business processes and outcomes, and mapping these into the application landscape in collaboration with architecture and solution design teams. Enhance operational efficiency and suggest solutions to improve cost-effectiveness. Manage and control costs within the business area. Plan, implement, manage, and report on cost-effectiveness, communicating or escalating variances as needed. Address high-risk and problematic IT issues within your area of responsibility and contribute to policy development. Build relationships to manage expectations, share knowledge, gain diverse insights, and create buy-in. Engage in cross-functional collaborations to support work and share support. Contribute to maintaining a competitive edge through external networking, benchmarking, and forum participation. Assess client needs through structured requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and change management. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technology field.
