Job Overview Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Boksburg, Gauteng. In this key role you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to management, helping to shape our People‑First, Performance‑Driven culture and contribute directly to our business goals. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor: Provide expert advice on complex HR issues to guide management and resolve challenges. Drive business performance: Analyze and interpret key business data to support management in achieving corporate and divisional goals. Lead strategic projects: Champion and lead key HR initiatives that improve efficiency and drive innovation within the organization. Optimize processes: Use your expertise in process automation to identify new ways to streamline and enhance HR operations. Qualifications Minimum of five years progressive experience as a Business Partner or similar HR role. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Comprehensive understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Proven process‑automation experience and a passion for enhancing efficiency and workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
