If you are, we have an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career Our Lead Development team plays a significant role in driving the growth of our organisation. As a team member, you’ll be responsible for persuasive telephonic conversations to add and verify critical quality data to our customer relationship management (CRM) database stored in Salesforce. It’s not a sales role—this is a data enrichment position. We seek someone enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about learning and growing. Reason for Vacancy Business growth. Reporting To Lead Development Manager. Working Environment & Travel Bustling, team‑oriented environment, office based. Working Hours 07h30 to 16h00. Key Deliverables Maintain and grow the organisation's database through telephonic and online research. Adapt conversations to reach targets, persuasively encouraging prospects to provide required information. Accurately record information in the CRM system (Salesforce.com). Prospect information (individual names and companies) to call from various sources such as Google, LinkedIn, and lists. Achieve call and database targets. Attend company outings, social events, and team projects. Although not a sales or customer service role, you are expected to achieve daily KPIs. Skills, Competencies & Abilities Extraordinary attention to detail. Confident, clear telephonic voice. Excellent verbal business communication skills in English. Fluent in Afrikaans. Sharp thinking and proactive mindset. Self‑correcting, learning from mistakes. Problem‑solving abilities. Patient, attentive listener. Self‑motivated to meet daily targets. High quality focus. Positive attitude, balanced work–life mindset. Time‑management: punctual, reliable. Fast, accurate, and thorough record‑keeping. Ability to adapt to change. Committed to continuous growth and improvement. Education & Qualifications Matric certificate (non‑negotiable). Studying part‑time toward a business degree, or a recent graduate (non‑mandatory). Detailed Experience Computer literacy. Experience with a CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce (considered an asset). Working knowledge of LinkedIn. Ideal Candidate Traits Attention to detail. Good communicator—approachable, warm, direct. High emotional intelligence. Self‑motivated, collaborative team player. Energetic & enthusiastic. Comfortable spending 7 hours a day on the phone updating data. Inherent desire to exceed goals and targets. Methodical, process‑driven. Self‑discipline and self‑awareness.
