Industrial Electrician

CK Africa Talent is recruiting for a skilled Industrial Electrician/Team Leader to join a dynamic company based in Parow Industria, Cape Town . This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to take their career to the next level

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, including control panels, motors, and machinery.
• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Oversee and manage the electrical teams daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Handle emergency call-outs and breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
• Travel occasionally to support customer needs and service requirements.
• Continue professional development in PLC programming, panel building, and refrigeration.

Requirements:

• Relevant electrical qualification (Trade Tested, N5, N6).
• 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime/rotational shifts as needed.
