Overview This role is dedicated to educating and empowering young girls by delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations in schools. The Brand Representative will foster awareness of feminism and the challenges faced during life cycle changes. Compensation Basic Salary: R Travel Allowance: R Communication Allowance: R Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences. Achieve presentation targets through effective product sampling and promotion. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times. Ensure thorough product knowledge among target audiences. Provide timely responses to queries and requests. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance and exceed client expectations. Demonstrate accountability for achieving KPIs and driving overall team success. Create exceptional product experiences through in-depth product knowledge, active listening, and needs assessment. Convey enthusiasm and passion for the product during presentations and demonstrations. Optimize time management and adhere to appointment schedules to meet stakeholder expectations. Safeguard and maintain sampling stock in excellent condition. Utilize the designated online system to capture accurate and detailed session feedback. Maintain accurate records of sample distribution and reconcile against attendance. Assume responsibility for the care and maintenance of assigned company assets. Adhere to all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations. Qualifications Matric. Exceptional relationship-building and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets. Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic. Full-time availability from Monday to Friday. Possesses the ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings. Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and objectivity. Possession of a reliable personal smartphone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hold a valid driver's license. Own a roadworthy vehicle. Own a reliable smartphone with sufficient storage capacity for application downloads and image storage. Additional information Operational Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Reporting and Compliance Provide timely updates to management regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities. Personal Development Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement through utilization of available resources. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively engage diverse audiences in product discussions, tailoring communication to specific target groups.
