Overview This role is dedicated to educating and empowering young girls by delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations in schools. The Brand Representative will foster awareness of feminism and the challenges faced during life cycle changes. Successful candidates will meet defined daily, weekly, and monthly targets while effectively managing their territory and workload. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences. Achieve presentation targets through effective product sampling and promotion. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism. Ensure thorough product knowledge among target audiences. Prepare all necessary materials and stock in advance for presentations. Arrange for regular stock collection from the warehouse to ensure availability. Qualifications Grade 12 Exceptional relationship-building and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets. Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic. Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday, depending on schedule. Work hours: early morning from 07:00 to 15:00 during school presentations and 09:00 to 17:00 during retail execution. Ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent presentation skills. Reporting and Compliance Keep accurate records of sample distribution and attendance. Maintain company assets responsibly. Follow all policies and regulations. Keep travel logs and submit reports regularly. Update management on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Use Retail Cloud system to record session details accurately and timely. Personal Development Complete mandatory training on time. Engage in continuous learning and improvement. Previous Work Experience At least one year of sales or training experience. Two years of field experience preferred. Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Proven impactful presentation skills. High professional and ethical standards. Experience with business reporting tools. Required Transportation and Technology Valid Driver’s License Reliable personal vehicle (not older than 10 years) with roadworthy certificate.
