Critical OutputsResource Management Develop and implement strategies for efficient allocation of non-clinical staff, equipment, and supplies Coordinate with various departments to ensure optimal utilization of operating theatre resources Manage inventory levels and oversee procurement processes for non-clinical supplies and equipment Financial Management Prepare and manage operating theatre budgets in collaboration with the Theatre Manager Analyse financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management Identify improved efficiency opportunities Assist with Value-Based Care initiatives within the operating theatre, with a critical focus on enhancing efficiency.
