The business analyst is responsible for defining business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services or optimised business processes. Are You Someone Who Can Understand strategy and business objectives and translate them into requirements for technical development teams Present ideas and requirements to a wide range of stakeholders in an engaging manner Work with product teams to develop business cases that align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. Analyze financial data to support decision‑making and ensure commercial viability. Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge conventional thinking and propose innovative solutions. Work closely with product managers to shape and refine product strategies. Ensure seamless communication between business and technology teams. Operate with minimal oversight and independently deliver on agreed outcomes. You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within financial services or digital product environments. The ability to empathise with customers/end users of solutions and articulate their needs as business requirements. Strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights. Experience in creating/interpreting business cases and driving strategic initiatives. Familiarity with translating requirements for technical teams. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
