Cost Accountant

Role: Cost AccountantLocation: Western Cape, FranschoekSalary: TBDWhat youll do: Manage product costing and tooling inventory reporting, ensuring accuracy and analysing variances. Prepare cost estimates and quotes for new products, customers, and product changes. Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required. Assist with stock counts, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate costing records. Load cost estimates/quotes into relevant systems and manage inventory and product records. Provide reliable audit information when needed. What were looking for: Minimum 23 years experience in cost and management accounting, including analysis and reporting. BCom degree or equivalent preferred; progress towards a CIMA qualification advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and BOM. Experience with business intelligence software is a plus. FMCG or production environment experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English. Strong time management skills and the ability to work with precision under pressure.
