Role Description The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Helderberg & Hermanus region, managing customers, and adding new customers. The Area Manager will also be tasked with implementing strategies for sales growth, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying areas for operational improvements. Qualifications Experience in team management, leadership, and staff supervision Strong understanding of the food service industry Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Sales and marketing experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
