Cartrack City of Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa Business to Business sales agent Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, is looking for a Solutions performance-driven B2B sales agent to sell Cartrack products to prospective and existing Corporate clients. Are you a reliable individual with the ability to work under pressure to ensure that targets are met? Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and ensure that sales targets are met Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard Ensure compliance with the POPI Act Obtain referrals from current clients Generate quotations and follow-up Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client Follow up on fitment scheduling Contact client to confirm scheduled appointment Follow-up if appointment was not honoured Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices, etc. Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information / training sessions Requirements: Degree or Advanced Diploma 2 Years telesales / call centre sales experience (Advantageous) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued Good communication, persuasive and objection handling skills Basic computer literacy Be goal oriented, resilient, patient and have good time management skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment Email updated cv to Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
