We pride ourselves on providing solutions across 7 core capability areas: Data & Consumer Insights, Shopper Marketing & Integrated RTM, Field Marketing, Events & Activations, Promotional, Risk, Reward & Loyalty, and Retail POS Strategy. Overview This role is dedicated to educating and empowering young girls by delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations in schools. The Brand Representative will foster awareness of feminism and the challenges faced during life cycle changes. Successful candidates will achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly targets while effectively managing their territory and workload. Basic Salary: R7 875 Travel Allowance: R3 000 Communication Allowance: R1 000 Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences. Achieve presentation targets through effective product sampling and promotion. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times. Ensure thorough product knowledge among target audiences. Qualifications Matric Exceptional relationship-building and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets. Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethic. Full-time availability from Monday to Friday. Ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills while maintaining professionalism and objectivity. Possession of a reliable personal smartphone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to deliver engaging educational presentations on puberty, aligned with provided training. Ability to clearly articulate product benefits, differentiating features, and competitive advantages. Provide comprehensive guidance on feminine hygiene and healthcare practices based on training. Hold a valid driver’s license. Own a roadworthy vehicle. Own a reliable smartphone with sufficient storage capacity. Additional information Operational Excellence: Achieve and exceed KPIs, respond promptly to queries, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and create exceptional product experiences through active listening and needs assessment. Manage time effectively and safeguard sampling stock. Reporting and Compliance: Provide timely updates to management, use designated systems for feedback, maintain accurate records, and adhere to policies and regulations. Personal Development: Commit to continuous learning and improvement.
