What will you do? Data Analysis Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business objectives Conduct exploratory data analysis and investigations to discover hidden patterns Creating and updating process documentation for new and existing processes Design and mapping of new processes Identify opportunities for process improvement, contribute to data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data policies Establish and maintain data quality standards Contribute to data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data policies Requirements gathering for new or existing projects Static Data Maintenance Updating client records for new information and/or changes in circumstances Assist with extracting / reporting on client static data and periodic reviews of static account data Engaging with internal stakeholders on queries related to client and account static data Instrument Maintenance Assist with creating offshore instruments on internal back office systems Monitor pricing of offshore instruments, including resolving pricing exceptions Respond to queries and investigations related to instruments and pricing Collect, clean and reprocess raw data from various sources and ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity Collaborate with the data function, IT teams and other relevant stakeholders in conducting testing and implementing requirements for projects Qualifcation and experience Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Economics 3-5 years experience in financial services industry Knowledge and skills Extensive financial services / stockbroking experience required, especially of the private client business environment Deep understanding of international financial markets and market data in terms of instruments, pricing and corporate actions Knowledge of KYC and AML legislation and regulations applicable to onboarding new clients Strong numerical orientation Highly organized and customer-focused Accurate and detail orientated Self-motivated, proactive, taking ownership of problems until they are resolved Critical and analytical capability Ability to perform well under pressure and show maturity, confidence and resilience Listening, communication and interpersonal skills Learning agility and curiosity Build a successful career with us We’re all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
