IT Technician

IT TECHNICIAN EAST LONDONMinimum skills and experience required: Matric Certificate 3+ years experience in a similar role A+ and N+ certifications (or equivalent) Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between sites Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Ability to set up and configure desktops, laptops, phones, and printers Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless) Experience in a domain environment (user accounts, passwords) Basic experience with Microsoft Intune Additional certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Security+, vendor-specific) advantageous Excellent communication and customer service skills Eagerness to learn and grow Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to: Provide onsite technical support across all company locations Configure and set up computers and laptops Assist with IT solutions, installations, and network setups Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Manage devices via Microsoft Intune Deliver excellent customer service and escalate issues when necessary
